As a rule, engraving and debossing look the most premium, because the logo becomes part of the product. Printing is the right choice when your logo depends on colour.

What artwork to send
The quality of the final product depends on the file you send.
- Send a vector file. AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. A JPG or PNG copied from a website usually blurs when enlarged.
- Include a single-colour version. Engraving and debossing reproduce one tone, so a solid black or white version of the logo prints best.
- Share colour references. Pantone or HEX codes for printed logos.
- Avoid hairlines. Very thin lines and tiny text disappear when engraved on a pen barrel. Simplify small logos.
- Tell us the placement. For example: "logo centred on the diary cover, 40mm wide; engrave the pen on the clip side."
How a branded bulk order works
Ordering on our store follows five steps:
- Choose the products. Browse the full range and add items to your cart, or send an enquiry with your headcount and budget.
- Add branding notes for each piece. Multi-piece sets let you give separate branding instructions for the diary, pen, bottle and other items, such as "logo on front", "engrave name on pen" or "Pantone 286C".
- Approve the mock-up. The team shares a digital mock-up of your logo on the product. Check the size, placement and spelling of names.
- Production and branding. Every piece is branded and checked before packing.
- Dispatch. Gift-boxed sets ship to your office, anywhere in India.
How long branded orders take
For most branded bulk orders, allow two to three weeks from confirmation to dispatch. Three things change that:
- Season. October, before Diwali, is the busiest month. Order early. See our Diwali corporate gifts guide for 2026 dates.
- Approvals. The fastest orders are the ones where the mock-up is approved the same day.
- Personalisation. Individual names add a step. Send a clean spreadsheet of names with the order.
Five branding mistakes to avoid
- Logo too big. People carry a bag or bottle with a small, tasteful logo. A huge print gets left at home.
- Wrong file. A low-resolution logo produces a fuzzy print. Always send vector artwork.
- Too many colours on engraving. Engraving is single-tone. Plan for it.
- Branding every piece in a set. On a five-piece hamper, brand two or three items and the box. It looks more premium.
- No proofreading. Check names and taglines on the mock-up letter by letter.
Personalisation: names, not just logos
Adding the recipient's name is the single most effective upgrade to a branded gift. It works best on diaries (debossed or printed on the cover), pens (engraved) and bottles (engraved). It is ideal for employee joining kits, leadership gifts and client hampers.
